Freelance Week 14 18 Arches

Before Christmas and New Years I wanted to get at least one animation done so I decided to complete the work with team locations by doing the animation for the 18 arches.
I first began by modelling one of the arches, I did have some issues during UVing process were certain parts of the model wouldn't cut but after some remodelling it worked fine.
When texturing I used a brick pattern for the stone material to give the model the impression of brocks, I also used a few rust materials and change the colours like green or white to show some degradation in the stone.
After finishing the model I brought it into UE5 where I used the modelling tool to create a landscape based off of a reference photo, then I selected the foliage tool and used a bush model to add some detail to the scene, I then used some cubes with a grey material to create a small path that was in the reference and finally I added the arch then duplicated it to make it look like the real place.
I finally animated the ball bouncing through the arches, behind a hill, behind the path before finally coming towards the camera. I did have some problems making the ball bounce look natural instead of awkward. I then also created a version of the animation with a green screen in the background.
